back to purple

With roots showing and the hair now a nice shade a red, I decided to color my hair back to dark plum purple last night, using a 30 level developer. I couldn't find the tint brush, so I used a wooden stick to mix the two instead.

I don't know if it's the brand of hair color or if it's just been a long time since I colored my hair last, but my eyes didn't like the mixture. It was worse when chopping fresh onions. I had to color my hair with my eyes closed.

Once the hair was covered, I put on a plastic cap to help with the processing. I did housework for 45 minutes until the color was set.

Washed the excess dye and used a special conditioner and my hair is a very lovely shade of purple.
