Netflix show with a beauty salon scene

We just started watching Black Book on Netflix a couple weeks ago. During an episode from Season 1, Episode 4, The Blackout, there is are a couple of scenes regarding the beauty salon. One while in the beauty salon, and another when the woman with a head full of foils walks outside to purposely ignore her boyfriend.
