According to Stefan, Jazzy Tackenberg is a German/French girl from the girly rap band "Tic Tac Toe" from the late 90's. There are no hair salon videos, but there are many photos of her daring hair styles.
She used to do dramatical makeover sometimes, especially in the year 1998, when she cut off her breast long hair extensions to bald style. In 2004, she cut her shoulder long brown hair to a mohawk.
