In the newspaper the other day, they talked about what foods are best to eat for skin and hair. I'll just quickly run through these, since I find the info beneficial to those who like to look and feel good.
For Hair: Brazil nuts (eat only one a day, otherwise you'll overdose on the selenium) peanut butter
For Skin: strawberries green tea tomatoes
For Nails: egg yolks
Salmon and other seafood belong somewhere in there as well.
