food for great hair and skin

In the newspaper the other day, they talked about what foods are best to eat for skin and hair.  I'll just quickly run through these, since I find the info beneficial to those who like to look and feel good. 

For Hair:
Brazil nuts (eat only one a day, otherwise you'll overdose on the selenium)
peanut butter


For Skin:
strawberries
green tea
tomatoes


For Nails:
egg yolks


Salmon and other seafood belong somewhere in there as well.
