I've had several requests in the past that people wanted to see a young woman having "granny" blue tinted hair.  Kelly Osbourne has been sporting such a style for quite a while now.  I'm sure that if you google her, you'll find more photos.  In the August 2nd, 2010 issue of Ok Magazine, on page 70, Kelly looks beautiful with her blue tinted hair.  I checked the magazine's website, and they have another photo of her there:
