back to editing

After an extremely busy week last week, I'm now back to editing.  Here's a couple of screen shots of Emily's thinning shears to baldness video.

Lesson learned - the thinning shears gives an excellent extremely short haircut.  Like putting a #3 or #4 guard on the clippers and buzzing the head.  To bring the haircut even closer to the scalp, the "Stinger" (I believe that's what they are called) clippers are used.

Frankly, I'm not exactly happy with the close-up footage.  There's a lot of shakiness, although my cameras did their best with having a stabilizer, it wasn't enough.  Luckily, I had set up three other cameras, so there's still lots of other great shots.  :D

I'm now at 30 minutes.  I'm going to grab lunch and get right back to editing.

This looks very cool. I'm a particular fan of the mohawk shot. Love your attire on this one. I think it adds a a little something extra when you're handling the barbering in the videos. Are you wigging it in these shots? You were sporting a high bob jut a short time ago.

no wig
Please remember that from the time of the shoot day to DVD/VOD, it takes at least 6 months.

Re: no wig
I WILL remember that... I'll also remember not to post comments on three hours sleep. The video still looks great, besides.
