repairs

Canon sent me an estimate to fix my film camera.  I gave them my credit card into and told them to go ahead with the repair.  I should have my camera back by the end of the first week of December.

This Friday my wet station will be installed.  I am looking for new support brackets/hings for the shampoo bowl cover as one of the hinges has broken off.  I'll have to look up cabinet makers shortly; Home Depot doesn't carry the correct size that I need.

Currently I'm 36 minutes into the afro perm video.  Anneli already has six pink perm rods in her hair that this point.  Just when I think that I have gotten up early enough (before 6 am) to work on this film and to assess my email box, my son wakes up.  :)~

I have decided to also wear a blouse and tie for Saturday's video shoot, since while editing Anneli's video, I see myself in the footage.  So if I'm going to be in the film as well, I better look the part.  I'll go to Target for a tie today.  I'll check my closet for a blouse.

I've never tied a tie before, but I found a handy instructional video:
