As many of you may know, the hair growth rate is about 1/2" or 1-2 cm per month. But mine always seemed to grow longer than that..and now I have proof. After studying my hair for the past few months, it has been determined that my hair grows 3/4" per month. I think this is due to all the protein I eat -- natural peanut butter, chicken, lots of fish and shrimp. :D
I just thought I'd share this information as some people seemed very surprised when I tell them that I can have my hair to near shouldar-length starting from baldness within a year.
