La Garza

:The other day when browser through a thrift store, I spotted a pink box with black text...the usual font and color that indicates the 1950s.  Inside was the complete set of La Garza machineless oil permanent wave kit, by Helena Curtis.  There's even cotton (although used) and a nearly empty perm solution bottle!  Very cool.  The curlers are different than I've seen before.  They are cloth wire with a piece of cloth attached. 

Of course, I bought the kit.  :)

I'll try to take a photo of it soon.  Once I do, I'll post it here.
