my hair

I've been receiving a ton of email about my hair lately, and about my past hair too.  From now on, I'll post these questions and answers here so that I just direct people to this posting to save me time in repeatedly responding to the same questions over and over and over again.

Q:  What's your hair like now?
A:  My hair is nearly down to my shoulders, curly, and red.  It hasn't changed much since the myspace photo.  myspace.com/katsurth
To keep updated on my latest hair doings, just look for the "my hair adventures" and/or "hair blog" tags in the tag area of this blog.

Q:  Are you bald?  If no, are you planning on going bald soon?
A:  No, I'm growing my hair out and plan to keep it just past the shoulders.  If I destroy my hair with too many bleachings/perming, I *may* shave the hair all off and re-start again.  Otherwise, no, I don't plan on going bald.  It was fun, and I enjoyed it, but I that time in my life has past...unless a Hollywood director wants me, then I'll shave it off asap.

Q:  How often did you shave your head?
A:  I have no idea.  I didn't count.  I was mostly bald for around 5 years or so.  Those who followed my bald phase would know better then me.

Q:  What did shaving your head feel like?
A:  The razor tugged a lot.  Once my head was smooth, lather re-applied, and then shaved again, it felt like wet glass.  A mixture of heat and coolness at the same time.  If you want to know exactly what it feels like, try it on yourself.

Q:  My girlfriend/wife/self has really long hair.  How much will you pay to have a video done?
A:  Unless you live in the Mpls area, I'm not hiring anyone outside it.  I'm sorry, but I don't pay for travel expenses.

Q:  What kind of razor did you use?
A:  I'm sorry, but I don't remember.  Try looking through my old forums and websites for stories and entries that I posted.  All types of disposable razors were used.  Straight-edge razor used sometimes too.  Sometimes a men's electric face razor.

I will update when I get more questions and when I have time.

Bald seems a day and an eternity away from who I'm now.
I think bald is awesome. But its so far from who I am today.

I did enjoy being bald 3 years though.

Same here. Now I'm wishing for my hair to grow faster so I can do more updos! :)
