Thank you to everyone who sent me birthday wishes. You all are very sweet. *hugs to everyone*
As my hubby and another person noted, I'm celebrating my 25th birthday for the 4th time. lol. I guess it must be because I still don't look (or act!) my age. ;)
Here's a photo from the afro perm where vintage wooden perm rods are used:
These gave wonderful tight little curls. I'm working back on the double halo perm, so I'll finish capturing the afro perm later.
As a present to myself, I purchased a cordless Andis clippers. This way I can buzz heads anywhere I go....it's especially good for those who need to be on public display. ;) This way I pull them out of the bag and am ready, instead of hunting for an electrical outlet and hoping that I remembered an extension cord.
I have nothing special planned for the day. Today is the last day of school for my son. Yay! But my friends and I are making plans for later this month...and a sheering is involved. The cordless clippers will come in handy here. ;)
