Over the weekend I purchased a guard for my Oster 76 clippers (3/4" guard).  I have a video shoot this upcoming Sunday night, and I don't think this guy wants his hair incredibly short like his partner's.  :)

I also bought some neon pink semi-permanent hair dye, called Party Time Pink by Beyond the Zone.  To make the color more permanent, I'll use the Clear Shine formula over it and sit under the dryer to set it.

I've been thinking that I'll let the bob grow out and then wear coiffures, as I really like the look when my hair is up.  I will need to learn how to do coiffures on myself though, as I won't have time to run over to a salon every day or other or so.

For an upcoming shoot, I purchased all the blue rods the shop had.  I would will feel more comfortable with 7 packages more and another package or two being the smaller blue ones.  I'll stop in next week to see if they have more.

Oh, and I'm about 44 minutes into Angie's uniperm video.

Re: Blue rods
You are exactly right -- blue perm rods. :D A model has requested a perm with blue perm rods. I love it when models know exactly what they want and what it takes to accomplish it. (This way I *know* they will absolutely love the hairstyle at the end of the video).

I love *tons* of white, gray, and yellow perm rods. I need more curlers though; it that area, I'm lacking.
