a bug in the vod system

I'm sorry, we are working on correcting a bug in the VOD shopping cart system.  Although the VODs look like the downloaded complete, they have not.  For anyone who has had trouble with their VODs not being complete, please contact me and I'll set up your account with the Verotel VOD version, as the VODs are downloading complete there. 

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
